Dr. Paul R. Damiano is President of Good Works Consulting, a consulting firm he founded in 2006. He is a member of The American Psychological Association (APA), The Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and Society of Consulting Psychologists (SCP). He also serves as adjunct faculty with Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Prior to founding Good Works Consulting, Paul was full time Senior Faculty at CCL from 1999-2006.
Through delivering custom-designed training programs, team development processes, organizational change initiatives, and an executive coaching practice, Paul has literally worked with thousands of mid- to senior level executives from across a broad spectrum of industries and over six continents. He also has training/certification on dozens of assessment instruments including: Benchmarks 360, Voices, MBTI, FIRO-B, Leadership Versatility Index, Team Effectiveness Profile, Workplace Big5, Hogan Assessment Suite, DISC, Denison Organizational Culture Survey, Bar-on EQI, Kaiser Team Development Assessment, Change Style Indicator, viaEDGE, Ambiguity Architect, Influence Indicator and TeamTelligent Suite.
Paul holds a B.S. degree in accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and has both an M.A. and Ph.D. degree in industrial/organizational psychology from L.S.U. in Baton Rouge, LA. He also was certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources through SHRM.
